Chophney's family relocated from Targian-3 to Selatok when he was just a child, setting the stage for his future as a protector of the stars. He forged a lifelong friendship with Darthra and later join the Nelma Defense Force, while Darthra joined the Space Defense Force. Chophney helped build his reputation by working under the orders of Lieutenant Kelddon. After Darthra's departure from the military, Chophney was selected to fill the prestigious role of Mission Specialist in Star Squad.
